Thank you for shopping at Vibe Cart! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Below are the details regarding our shipping guidelines and delivery times within Pakistan.

1. Delivery Timelines

• Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 Working Days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 6 Working Days

Note: Deliveries are not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 200 (Flat rate across Pakistan).

• Free Shipping: Free delivery on all orders over Rs. 3,000.

3. Payment Methods

We offer convenient payment options for our customers:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your parcel is delivered to your doorstep.

• Prepaid Payments: Online bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Debit/Credit Card.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.

• As soon as your order is dispatched, a Tracking Number / ID will be shared with you so you can track your shipment online.

5. Parcel Inspection & Damaged Items

• As per courier policies, riders do not allow opening the parcel prior to payment.

• If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and notify us immediately.

• If any item is missing, damaged, or incorrect inside the parcel, please report it to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.
